Cultural orientation impacts employee behavior and organizational support in the workplace.
The study looked at how different cultural beliefs and support from the organization affect how employees behave at work. They surveyed 385 workers from different companies. They found that cultural beliefs influenced how employees behaved at work, except for one type of behavior. Also, the support from the organization had an impact on how cultural beliefs influenced behavior. Overall, the study showed that cultural beliefs and organizational support play a role in how employees act at work.
