For Dianchi Lake to have decent water quality, they found that levels of COD should stay below 30 mg/L, TN below 7 mg/L, TP below 0.2 mg/L, and NH3-N below 2 mg/L. Their strategy could help improve water quality in lakes affected by river pollution.
