Legal principles are important in law and have been studied in Croatian legal science. While their fundamental nature is recognized, their indeterminacy has not been fully explored. This paper looks at how legal principles are understood in Croatia and discusses unresolved questions about their relationship with legal doctrine and theory. This could help resolve conflicts between legal principles.
