The methodology presented in the article combines different teaching strategies to help students actively participate in learning. It uses a tool called SIENA to automate processes and connect all educational activities. The approach has been tested in Computer Engineering studies and has shown positive results in both blended and online courses. The researchers also found that applying a technology acceptance model to the tool has been helpful in the learning process.
