The article analyzes how the size of land and family labor hours affect the efficiency of Korean fruit farms. They used a method called truncated regression instead of the usual censored regression to adjust for bias and estimate confidence intervals. The results show that family labor hours improve the efficiency of grape growing. The choice between censored and truncated regression models can significantly impact the estimation results.
