Core balance exercises boost male college volleyball player performance and stability.
The study aimed to see how core balance exercises can improve trunk muscle strength, balance, and posture stability in male college volleyball players. They had 22 volunteers, half did the exercises and half did not. After the program, the exercise group showed significant improvements in trunk muscle strength, balance, and posture stability compared to the non-exercise group. This means that core balance exercises can help male college volleyball players improve their physical abilities.
