Artificial groundwater recharge in Musunuru Mandal, Andhra Pradesh, helps increase available groundwater through human-made methods. The study focuses on water demand and consumption in Musunuru village, where rainfall and borewells are major water sources for agriculture. By using a low-budget soak pit method with materials like reused plastic drums, 85% of groundwater recharge can be achieved.
