Machine Translation is a field in computer science that helps translate languages. In India, where many languages are spoken, there is a need for Language Translation. The article surveys different research works on translating Konkani to English. It compares various methods and tools used, datasets, advantages, disadvantages, and accuracy. The researchers suggest a model based on Statistical Machine Translation to translate between Konkani and English.
