The article analyzes the economic efficiency of using productive land in Ukraine for agriculture. It defines and clarifies the concept of efficient land use and the importance of environmentally friendly practices. The study evaluates the efficiency of agricultural land use across different regions of Ukraine, identifying regions with high crop cultivation rates. It classifies regions based on land productivity and calculates the index of efficient land use. The article also discusses the current state of the agricultural sector in Ukraine, emphasizing the need to support various forms of farming. It suggests increasing investment in agriculture through existing farming methods and provides insights on supporting farmers and rural households. The study assesses the strategy for developing Ukraine's agricultural sector.
