The article discusses how considering hidden knowledge in information systems can improve decision-making in organizations. By evaluating how well tacit knowledge is taken into account during decision-making processes, improvements can be made. Research has shown that including this type of knowledge in information systems can enhance collaborative decision-making. The approach presented in the article has been tested in large companies and has the potential for further development in future studies.
