Bera Lake in Malaysia has seen a decline in water quality due to land development projects. A study was conducted to compare current water quality with pre-development levels. Researchers used advanced equipment to measure eleven parameters in different depths of the lake. The results showed a clear difference in water quality before and after land development, with a significant decrease in quality. This highlights the impact of land use changes on the lake's water quality. It is recommended to continue monitoring the water quality to ensure sustainable use of this important resource.
