New study reveals lack of diversity research in developed countries
Diversity management is important for organizations. A review of articles on diversity management since 1991 found that most research is from the USA, with a focus on age, gender, and racial diversity. Other forms of diversity have received less attention. The majority of studies were published between 1996-2000. There is a lack of research in developed countries on this topic. This review is one of the first to analyze diversity management literature in depth and proposes an integrated model based on current trends and findings.
