The study looked at how wages in Bulgaria are connected and if changes in the minimum wage affect other wages. They found that increasing the minimum wage doesn't lead to higher average wages in the government or private sector. Private sector wages have more influence than public sector wages. The study suggests policies to boost labor productivity.
