The study aimed to use remote sensing technology to estimate Total Suspended Solids (TSS) in the Klang River. By analyzing different bands of Landsat 8 OLI data, the researchers found that band 3 was most suitable for mapping TSS distribution. This band had the lowest Standard Error for predicting TSS values, making it the most accurate option for estimating TSS levels in the river.
