Climate change and desertification are big problems in northern Nigeria. By focusing on climate change, we can also tackle desertification. This means that if the government takes action on climate change, it will help combat desertification in northern Nigeria. This study looked at different theories and models to find a solution for fighting desertification in the region. The findings show that addressing climate change will automatically help prevent desertification in northern Nigeria. So, fighting climate change can be a game-changer in the battle against desertification in this area.
