The article introduces ServCollab, a project aiming to improve human well-being through service research collaborations. ServCollab focuses on three human rights goals: serve, enable, and transform, and emphasizes justice in serving humanity. It promotes large-scale service research projects to enhance theory building and action. Two projects, transformative refugee services, and virtual assistants in social care, illustrate the importance of service inclusion. ServCollab aims to elevate the human experience by encouraging collaboration and building research capacity to address human service system problems.
