Biodiesel made from used cooking oil can be mixed with diesel to improve its properties for diesel engines. The goal was to find the best ratio of biodiesel to diesel to meet fuel standards. The study found that as the amount of biodiesel in the mixture increased, the viscosity and density also increased. Mixtures with more biodiesel had higher flash points. Mixing biodiesel with diesel can help adjust the fuel properties to meet regulations.
