The study looked at what influences insurance agencies in Turkey when choosing which insurance companies to work with. They surveyed 49 agencies in Corum to find out what factors mattered most. The main things that affected their choices were the insurance companies' ability to pay claims, the financial benefits they offered, the support they provided, and how well they communicated with the agencies.
