The goal of the study was to manage risks in the supply chain of a craft bag industry. The researchers used a method called House of Risk to identify and mitigate 10 risk events and 9 risk agents. They focused on 2 key risk agents and developed 4 strategies to reduce risks. Implementing these strategies helped lower the overall risk levels in the supply chain.
