Online surveys are commonly used in research on user experience and human-computer interaction. This course reviews the latest methods for creating effective online surveys, based on two decades of research. Attendees will learn how to assess survey quality, plan and implement surveys, and expand their knowledge in this area. The instructors, who have extensive experience in conducting surveys for tech companies, also teach survey research principles and best practices.
