The study looked at the quality of drinking water in rural areas of Zhejiang Province. They monitored 725 water supply projects and found that only 52.93% met safety standards. In the high water season, most unqualified water had microbiological issues. Overall, there have been some improvements in water safety, but there are still problems that need attention.
