The study looked at what makes employees want to get medical insurance. They focused on people in Kampung Attap, Kuala Lumpur, and asked 50 of them about it. The goal was to figure out what factors affect the demand for medical insurance. The findings will help insurance companies and others in the industry to increase the amount of money people pay for medical insurance.
