The study analyzed the production cost of a sawmill company in Wamlana Village, Buru Regency. They looked at the cost components using two methods: full costing and variable costing. The research found that the full costing method resulted in higher production costs compared to variable costing, due to including fixed and variable overhead costs. The total production cost using full costing was Rp.5.120.341.644, while using variable costing it was Rp.4.542.320.899.
