The goal of the study was to find the best combination of cow manure, urea, and NPK fertilizer for growing oil palm seedlings in pre-nursery. The researchers tested different combinations and found that using 0.2g urea + 40g cow manure resulted in the best growth of the seedlings. This combination was just as effective as using 0.4g NPK fertilizer + 50g cow manure. On the other hand, using 0.4g urea + 0.4g NPK or 65g cow manure led to lower growth of the seedlings.
