The article discusses the challenges in proving that a building is both energy-efficient and smart. It focuses on a solar low energy house in Warsaw, analyzing how solar energy influences its design. The house incorporates solar and buffer spaces to reduce energy consumption. By using solar, ground, and waste heat energy, the house achieves low energy consumption levels. However, current methods don't fully capture the building's energy efficiency and smart features.
