New system proposed to improve quality of vocational education in Ukraine.
The article discusses how to improve the quality of vocational education in Ukraine by monitoring the training of skilled workers. The researchers suggest evaluating graduates based on five key qualities: intellectual, activity, communicative, reflexive, and professionally important skills. They propose using a qualimetric approach with factor-criterion models to process monitoring data. The main goal is to develop a system for assessing the quality of education in vocational institutions to ensure students are well-prepared for their future careers.
