Spatial econometrics is a method that combines spatial correlation to analyze data in a detailed way. This study uses spatial econometrics to examine China's regional production capacity. The researchers established an economic model using static and dynamic spatial panels to measure this capacity. The findings show how spatial econometrics can help understand regional economic performance in China.
