China is facing a challenge in its economic growth due to a slowdown in capital productivity growth and a decline in relative labor efficiency among provinces. The study used a special method to analyze the factors contributing to China's total productivity growth. The results suggest that China needs to focus on upgrading its industrial structure and implementing balanced regional development policies for sustainable growth.
