The article discusses the development of land relations in Ukraine. The researchers aimed to assess the current model and predict its future. They found that land reform in Ukraine is shifting towards private ownership to improve agricultural productivity. However, challenges remain, such as limited opportunities for small landowners and ineffective land payment mechanisms. The study suggests that a new Land Code is needed to modernize land relations and improve land turnover in Ukraine.
