The article explores how to measure cost efficiency in organizations using a three-stage network DEA-R process. This method helps determine input standards and efficiency values for each stage, as well as overall efficiency. By analyzing data from 30 Iranian educational research centers, the researchers found that the three-stage network DEA-R process can effectively evaluate cost efficiency in complex systems.
