Southeast Asians Embrace Cultural Unity, Redefining Southeast Asia's Identity.
Southeast Asian people are increasingly recognizing and identifying with the existence of Southeast Asia as a cultural, geographical, and institutional unit. This challenges the idea that Southeast Asia is a vague concept, suggesting a real cultural unity based on shared past and future aspirations. Further research is needed to understand the nature of this cultural unity.
