Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) bring together public and private sectors for infrastructure projects. Managing stakeholders is crucial for project success. A study in Malaysia identified four key stages for successful stakeholder management: stakeholder analysis, engagement, action plan, and monitoring. Understanding stakeholders' roles, engaging them effectively, following regulatory plans, and monitoring work on site are essential for project success. Improving these stages will enhance stakeholder management in PPP infrastructure projects in Malaysia.
