Optimizing irrigation and nutrients boosts wheat yield and farmer profits.
The study looked at how different ways of watering and feeding wheat plants affected their growth and yield in Rajasthan. They found that giving the plants more water and nutrients led to taller plants, more grains, and higher yields. Watering the plants just right helped them use water efficiently. Using 125% of the recommended nutrients gave the best results for growth and yield, while using 150% helped with straw production. Overall, giving the plants the right amount of water and nutrients can help them grow better and produce more wheat.
