Boosting Sweet Sorghum Yields with Innovative Fertilizer Levels in Rainfed Areas
Sweet sorghum is a crop known for its sugar-rich stems, which can be used to make bio ethanol. A study looked at how different levels of fertilizer affected the growth and yield of sweet sorghum in a specific region. The experiment found that using 125% of the recommended fertilizer amount resulted in the highest yield of green and dry fodder, as well as GMR (whatever that is). This level of fertilizer performed just as well as using 100% of the recommended amount.
