Decentralization of power is important for effective local self-government in Ukraine. The status of decentralization of local budget revenues was assessed using indicators like influence on revenue formation, budget classification, and interbudgetary transfers. Analysis showed a decreasing trend in decentralization impact on revenue formation and dependence on interbudgetary transfers. A system of indicators was developed to determine the status of decentralization of local budgets, with the methodology proving useful for analysis.
