Revolutionizing Business Processes: Blueprint for Enterprise Architecture at ALIT.
The goal of the study was to improve the business value and information system at a university laboratory. The researchers used a framework called TOGAF to develop an enterprise architecture in 4 phases. The result was a blueprint that can help the laboratory support its business processes and achieve its goals. This blueprint can be used by similar units with laboratory focus. The study found that using TOGAF can create architectural models that align with an organization's vision and mission. The impact of the research is a solution to manual processes, data loss, and integration issues in business activities, particularly in the laboratory unit at Telkom University.
