The article introduces a new way of analyzing organizations called correlative and evolutionary SWOT analysis. Instead of just looking at strengths and weaknesses, this approach considers how an organization's strengths and weaknesses affect its ability to take advantage of opportunities and handle threats. The key finding is that opportunities and threats are not fixed, but depend on how well an organization can use its strengths and address its weaknesses. This new approach provides a more dynamic and strategic way of planning for organizations.
