Halal meat supply chain transformed by employee tech readiness and supplier quality
The study looked at how ready employees are to use technology in industries that sell halal meat in Indonesia. They also studied the quality of services provided by halal meat suppliers. By surveying 276 workers, they found that when employees are prepared to use technology in halal meat retail and supplier services are good, it greatly improves the performance of halal logistics. In simple terms, when workers are tech-savvy and suppliers offer high-quality services, the delivery of halal meat runs more smoothly in Indonesia.
