The article discusses different ways to value a business, depending on whether it is operating or planning to liquidate. It shows that current methods for valuing businesses in Ukraine are limited and simplified, making it challenging to accurately assess their market worth. Additionally, the lack of a developed stock market in the country adds to the difficulty of determining business value due to its closed, opaque nature and high risk levels.
