The study looked at how different levels of fertigation (a method of delivering nutrients to plants through irrigation) affected the growth and fruit yield of cucumber plants in a polyhouse. They tested seven different fertigation treatments and found that using 100% recommended dose of fertilizer resulted in the tallest plants, earliest flowering, and highest fruit yield. This means that drip fertigation with the right amount of nutrients can help cucumber plants grow better and produce more fruit.
