The article introduces a new software development methodology called "Appscrumfall" that combines aspects of both the Scrum and Waterfall approaches. This methodology aims to address the challenges faced by developers in traditional models and improve software project outcomes. By blending the iterative nature of Scrum with the structured phases of Waterfall, the "Appscrumfall" model has been found to be effective in enhancing software development processes, particularly in large IT sectors.
