Building Customer Trust and Satisfaction Boosts Loyalty at Fitness Centers
The study looked at how customer satisfaction, trust, and equity in fitness centers affect customer loyalty. Data from 187 customers in Seoul were analyzed using a structural equation model. The researchers found that providing various customer services can lead to customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. Differentiated strategies like relationship maintenance and branding are important for building customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is crucial for enhancing customer loyalty, so offering unique services can help strengthen brand value and relationships.
