Panel data regression models are commonly used in various fields like medicine and economics. Traditional methods like OLS can give inaccurate results when outliers are present. A new robust estimation method was developed to handle outliers in these models. The new method was tested with simulations and real data on blood pressure, showing better performance with outliers and similar results to OLS without outliers.
