The study looked at how different amounts of a mix of bacteria affected the growth and quality of poinsettia plants. They used different concentrations of the bacterial mix on the plants and found that higher doses led to better plant height, flower stem length, bract size, leaf area, and enzyme activity. The plants treated with the highest concentration of bacteria showed the most improvement in various growth parameters.
