A study was done to figure out the best time to plant and pinch fenugreek plants for higher yield and quality. They tested different planting dates and pinching stages. The results showed that planting on October 10th and pinching at 35 days after planting gave the best results. This method led to more pods per plant, longer and heavier pods, more seeds per pod, higher seed yield, and better quality seeds with more protein. So, if you want to grow fenugreek with good yield and quality, plant on October 10th and pinch at 35 days after planting.
