Optimizing potassium and sulfur levels boosts groundnut yield and profits.
The study looked at how adding potassium and sulfur to groundnut plants affected their growth, yield, and quality. They found that using 45 kg of potassium per hectare and 40 kg of sulfur per hectare resulted in the highest plant growth and yield. These levels also gave the best economic returns, with a net profit of 81809 Rs per hectare for potassium and 77803 Rs per hectare for sulfur. So, adding the right amounts of these nutrients can help groundnut plants grow better, produce more pods, and make more money for farmers.
