The article analyzes the quality of China's service industry in 2018 to improve service supervision and customer satisfaction. By evaluating customer satisfaction in different service sectors, the study identifies factors influencing satisfaction. The analysis includes service trade, complaints, certification, and brand. Results show that China's service industry quality is generally satisfactory, with improvements in trade, complaints, and management.
