The researchers collected various climate change projections for Spain from different international projects. They found that the choice of global climate models strongly influences the regional climate change predictions. By analyzing balanced subsets of the data, they showed that unbalanced combinations of models can lead to uncertainties in the projections. This study was supported by funding from the Spanish government.
