A study was done to see how using certain plants and different amounts of phosphorus affected rice growth and yield. They tested dhaincha and sunnhemp plants as green manure, along with no green manure, and three levels of phosphorus. The rice plants with dhaincha green manure and 75 kg of phosphorus had the highest grain yield. Dhaincha green manure gave the best results, producing more rice compared to no green manure. More phosphorus also helped increase rice yield.
