The goal of the study was to evaluate how evenly water is distributed by a drip irrigation system. The researchers used a method called EU field test to measure water distribution uniformity in a polyhouse at Hi-Tech Horticulture of RAU, Pusa, Bihar. They found that the drip irrigation system had an excellent water distribution uniformity, with an absolute emission uniformity of 95.14%. This means that the system efficiently delivers water to crops, which can help optimize water use efficiency and improve crop productivity.
